The other night, my wonderful husband surprised me! I have been complaining at my camera for some time now because the shutter speed is so slow. I get a really good shot, push the button at the correct time, and then 3 seconds later the shutter goes off. Little late for the cute action that had occurred. So, after hearing these complaints, and knowing I have been wanting to delve into the photography side of things more, my husband squirreled away some money and surprised me with this baby! It is the Canon Rebel SLR camera! It is brand new, this year's model and beautiful. I am happy to report that the shutter speed is incredibly fast and it even came with some classes to help verse me in things like F-stops and apertures.
Thanks Neets! I LOVE it! Mostly, I love the thought behind it and the special surprise it was. I have been having fun with it ever since!

Your husband is a keeper. That is such a nice surprise. I am envious. I need some classes because I can't figure out how to take pictures without the flash. Hope enjoy it. I am sending over the kids for some good photos.
